The BLPA website is great way for members to keep up with what is going on in the Bark Lake community. An intrepid group of volunteers pull together informative, entertaining and sometimes serious articles and stories about Bark Lake for you to enjoy.

Every year a dedicated group of volunteers pulls together a wide variety of BLPA supported social activities such as the
Regatta, Corn Roast, Sailing Regatta and Movie Nights. These events give us a chance to spend time with old friends and an
opportunity to make new friends.

Membership in the BLPA allows us to continue to our work to preserve the wilderness, natural beauty, ecology and heritage of Bark Lake through ongoing water quality testing in collaboration with CRE Laurentides and the Town of Barkmere; along with building awareness of the Bark Lake watershed, and our impact

on it.
